Packages Dashboard

The Packages Dashboard provides analytics and visualizations to help you monitor warehouse operations and package trends.

Time Range Filter

At the top of the dashboard, a time range selector lets you control the period for all dashboard widgets:

  • Week — Current week
  • Last 2 Weeks — Past two weeks
  • Month — Current month
  • Last 3 Months — Past three months
  • Last 6 Months — Past six months
  • Year — Current year
  • Last X Years — Configurable multi-year range

Select a time range, then click Refresh All to reload all widgets with the new range.

Dashboard Widgets

Recent Shipments

Displays the last 10 shipments received, giving you a quick overview of recent inbound activity.

Ship Date Summary

Shows the last 10 ship dates with package counts for each date, helping you track daily volume.

Top Clients

A table of the top 10 clients ranked by package count within the selected time range. Useful for identifying your highest-volume clients.

Top Client Over Time

A historical view showing the top client's package volume over time, so you can track trends for your busiest client.

Packages Trend

A line chart displaying package volume over time within the selected range. Use this to spot trends, seasonal patterns, or unusual spikes in activity.

Containers Trend

A line chart displaying container volume over time within the selected range. Helps you monitor shipping container utilization.

Refreshing Data

  • Refresh All — Reloads all dashboard widgets at once.
  • Each individual widget also has its own refresh button for targeted updates.
