Reverse Delivery

Reverse Delivery allows you to undo a package delivery. This is useful when a package was delivered to the wrong client or when a delivery needs to be corrected.

How to Reverse a Delivery

  1. Navigate to Packages > Reverse Delivery from the sidebar.
  2. Enter the Tracking Number of the package to reverse.
  3. Enter a Reason for Reversal. A default reason of "Delivered to wrong client" is pre-filled, but you can change it.
  4. Click Reverse to submit.

Note

Both the tracking number and reason fields are required. The form will not submit if either field is empty.

Reversed Deliveries Log

The page displays a log of all deliveries reversed during the current session:

Column Description
Time Timestamp of the reversal
Tracking Number The reversed package's tracking number
Reason The reason provided for the reversal

Clearing the Form

Click Clear to reset the tracking number and reason fields and start fresh.
