Reverse Delivery¶
Reverse Delivery allows you to undo a package delivery. This is useful when a package was delivered to the wrong client or when a delivery needs to be corrected.
How to Reverse a Delivery¶
- Navigate to Packages > Reverse Delivery from the sidebar.
- Enter the Tracking Number of the package to reverse.
- Enter a Reason for Reversal. A default reason of "Delivered to wrong client" is pre-filled, but you can change it.
- Click Reverse to submit.
Note
Both the tracking number and reason fields are required. The form will not submit if either field is empty.
Reversed Deliveries Log¶
The page displays a log of all deliveries reversed during the current session:

Clearing the Form¶
Click Clear to reset the tracking number and reason fields and start fresh.
