Customer Manager User Guide

Welcome to the Customer Manager user guide. Customer Manager is part of the ShipWarePack platform and provides tools for warehouse and package management, including package tracking, client management, shipment handling, receiving, delivering, and dashboard analytics.

What You Can Do

With Customer Manager, you can:

  • Search and track packages by tracking number
  • Receive packages using multiple methods (individual scan, by date, container, or shipment)
  • Deliver packages to clients and reverse deliveries if needed
  • Manage clients — add, edit, and view client profiles and registrations
  • Communicate with tenants and clients via the built-in messaging system
  • View shipments with detailed breakdowns of containers, packages, and clients
  • Analyze warehouse operations through the dashboard with customizable time ranges
  • Manage users and assign roles within your organization
  • Export data in multiple formats including Excel, CSV, PDF, and print
