Logged Packages

The Logged Packages page lets you view all packages that have been received into the warehouse. It provides advanced filtering and multiple export options.

Viewing Modes

The page offers two tabs for filtering packages:

Filter packages by a date range.

  1. Use the Quick Select dropdown to choose a preset range:
    • Today
    • Yesterday
    • This Week
    • Last Week
    • This Month
    • Last Month
    • This Year
  2. Or manually set From and To dates.
  3. Click Go to load the data.

Filter packages by a specific shipment date.

  1. Select a Ship Date from the dropdown list.
  2. Click Go to load the data.

Package Data

The table displays the following information for each package:

Column Description
Client ID The client's identifier
Client Name Name of the client the package belongs to
Shipment Date Date the package was shipped
Tracking Number Package tracking number
AWB Air Waybill number
Content Description of package contents
Quantity Number of items
Weight Package weight
Container Container the package was shipped in
Shipped Via Shipping method
Logged By User who logged the package
Logged On Date/time the package was logged
Remarks Any additional notes
Carrier Shipping carrier
First Name Client first name
Last Name Client last name
Account No. Client account number

Exporting Data

You can export the displayed data using the buttons in the toolbar:

  • Excel — Download as an Excel spreadsheet
  • Excel Customs — Download in a special customs-compliant format
  • CSV — Download as a comma-separated values file
  • Print — Open the browser print dialog

Searching Within Results

Use the search box above the table to filter the loaded data in real-time. The search applies across all visible columns.
