Held Packages

The Held Packages page displays all packages that are currently on hold. Packages may be placed on hold for various reasons, such as pending customs clearance, client issues, or incomplete information.

Viewing Held Packages

  1. Navigate to Packages > Held Packages from the sidebar, or click the Held Packages card on the Home Page.
  2. The page automatically loads all currently held packages.

Package Data

The table displays:

Column Description
System ID Internal system identifier
Client Name Name of the client the package belongs to
Shipment Date Date the package was shipped
Tracking Number Package tracking number
Content Description of package contents
Quantity Number of items
Weight Package weight
Ship Via Shipping method used
Logged By User who logged the package

Refreshing Data

Click the Refresh button to reload the held packages list with the latest data.

Searching

Use the search box to filter within the displayed packages. The filter applies across all visible columns.
