Package Search¶
Package Search allows you to look up packages by their tracking number.
How to Search¶
- Navigate to Packages > Package Search or click the Package Search card on the Home Page.
- Enter a tracking number in the search field.
- Click Search or press ++enter++.
Search Results¶
Results are displayed in a table with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Tracking Number | The unique tracking identifier for the package |
| Carrier | The shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) |
| Status | Current status of the package |
| Received By | The user who received the package |
| Received On | The date and time the package was received |
You can sort the results by clicking on any column header, and use the table search box to filter within the results.
