Navigation

Customer Manager uses a sidebar menu on the left side of the screen for navigation. The sidebar can be collapsed or expanded as needed.

The sidebar contains the following menu items:

  • Home — Returns to the Home Page
  • Dashboard
    • Packages Dashboard — Analytics and reporting
  • Packages
    • Logged Packages — View all received packages
    • Held Packages — View packages on hold
    • Receive Packages — Start receiving workflow
    • Deliver to Client — Deliver packages
    • Reverse Delivery — Undo a delivery
  • Clients
    • List — View and manage clients
    • Registrations — Manage online registrations
  • Messaging — Send and receive messages
  • Shipment
    • List — View all shipments
  • Maintenance
    • Users — Manage user accounts

Collapsing the Sidebar

Click the hamburger menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the header to collapse or expand the sidebar. When collapsed, the sidebar shows only icons. Hover over an icon to see the menu label.

Header Bar

The header bar at the top of the screen contains:

  • Sidebar toggle — Collapse or expand the sidebar
  • Language selector — Change the application language
  • Theme toggle — Switch between light and dark mode
  • User menu — Access your profile and log out

Menu items with a chevron arrow (▸) contain sub-items. Click the parent item to expand and reveal the sub-menu options.
