Package Explorer

The Package Explorer is the single best place to look up packages, no matter what stage of the pipeline they're in. It replaces the need to guess which specific list (Logged, Held, Shipped…) a package might currently be sitting in.

Accessing the Package Explorer

In the sidebar, click Packages → Package Explorer.

Query Modes

Use the mode buttons at the top of the command bar to choose how you want to look up packages:

Mode Use it to…
Latest Show the most recently logged packages (the default view)
By Date Load every package logged on one specific ship date
By Range Load every package logged within a start/end date range (with the same quick-select shortcuts as Logged Packages)
By Shipment Load every package assigned to a specific shipment

Pick a mode, fill in the inline fields that appear, and click Go.

Status Pills

Below the command bar, colored status pills show a running count of packages at each stage:

  • Received at Warehouse
  • Priced
  • On Hold
  • Logged
  • Shipped
  • Received by Customer
  • Delivered

Click a pill to toggle it on or off — the grid below only shows packages whose status matches an active pill. This lets you, for example, see only packages that are Logged and Held, while hiding everything already Delivered.

The Context Banner

The blue banner above the grid summarizes your current query (for example, the date range or shipment you loaded) and repeats the same status counts for a quick at-a-glance total.

The Grid

  • Use the search box in the grid toolbar to filter by tracking number, client name, shipment, container, carrier, or content.
  • Columns include Status, Tracking Number, Client Name, Shipment Name, Shipment Date, Container, Carrier, Content, Quantity, Weight, and (hidden by default) AWB and Logged On date.
  • Click Excel in the toolbar to export exactly the rows currently displayed (after search and status-pill filtering).

Large result sets

If more than 500 packages are loaded at once, a notice appears suggesting you narrow your date range for better performance.

Why does a package show both 'Priced' and 'Logged'?

Priced is tracked independently from the logistics stage — a package can be priced while still Logged, Received, or Shipped. See Pricing Overview for details.
